We Keep The Chickens Cluckin'
What did yall eat for Sunday dinner? I had these Cajun Cornish Hens. I used Willie D's "That Creole" Seasoning for these bad boys.

Slather butter or grapeseed oil on the cornish hens.
Layer the hens with Willie D's "That Creole" Seasoning.
Add sliced shallots and fresh parsley.
Bake on 400. ( I can't remember for how long but just watch your chicken ok.)
Boom done.

Occasionally I will make simple recipes for the hmmmmmm .... non-chefs.
But eventually, you're going to have to step it up a bit. Don't worry I will help you.
